advice me for buying a special video

I have a collection of videos about IELTS value for an IELTS geniuses which is very important for the student. I would like to advertise and sell them in the Arabic States region and I have an idea in the Declaration through by using Facebook web pages. I want to buy these videos when a numbers of buyers are completed, I have bought these videos from a specifics places, and I want to buy it with lesser price. But I have some questions of brotherly about the following:
1- what is a good server for me to upload it before buying it.
2- I want to provide an active download link for using one time for a purchaser, but I do not know how to do it and I want to help me, please.
3- I want to make all the process safely,

I need a detail information for any advice, please?

    I think you want to automate all this. You can google "php one time download script" to find a script that can do what you want it to do with a one time download link for a limited time or hire a php developer to build one for you. You can upload it to your webserver.
