Problems with Peerfly?

Has anyone had any problems with Peerfly lately? I submitted a Publisher's application on June 12th. I even called the same day to speak with someone and see if I could get approved faster. No answer, left message and no return call. I have sent multiple emails trying to get an update on my application and every time receive a mail delivery failed email in return. Thanks in advance.

No idea what's happening in this situation, OP. I can totally vouch for PF, though. One of the best networks going and everything is working A-OK for me - as usual. If I were you, I'd contact Luke.

    Cheers,

    Tom

      Hey Tom!

Went over to Peerfly 'coz I'll have to restart all the affiliate marketing on the web site, and because you recommend it.

What do you find about Peerfly that is special, better than say, Commission Junction (now CJ Affilaite)?

        Hey, buddy.

CJ is "okay." Peerfly is, in my humble opinion, streets ahead. They regularly win #1 affiliate manager and #1 industry network, but here's why I like them (and I'm not saying all of these things don't apply to CJ; just saying what I like about PF):

        1. Support.

Take it from someone who's been working with affiliate networks for 20 years. There is nothing more important than an affiliate support team. Out of all the networks I promote, PF come out on top - hands down. These folks don't just answer your emails (which is what happens with good networks); they go out of their way to look after you, and do so in a very friendly, approachable manner. Luke has posted in this thread, I notice. He's just one example of their support staff - and that guy knows his stuff. He isn't just a chap at the other end of an email. He works as an IMer at the top end of the food chain. Read his blog. It should be required reading for IMers.

        2. Offers.

They have around 2,000 offers and these are high-end companies I know I can trust, covering more markets than even I'll ever need to promote. Everything from dating to MMO to health and on and on it goes. Pay per lead offers, pay per sale, commission offers, even incentive. But the most important thing probably - EPC. How much you earn per click. Simple fact: these offers convert. And if you pay for traffic (PPC or whatever), EPC matters a hell of a lot obviously. With PF, my business promotes on free and paid channels and - put it this way - I'm very happy to send my clicks to PF offers.

        3. Innovation

They make other networks look like dinosaurs. Give you a few examples (and this is just a few off the top of my head):

        1. Link direct to any Fiverr.com offer on the marketplace to earn a commission. Any offer, not just Fiverr.com itself.

        2. A free content locker for their incentive program.

        3. Automatic ability to get paid for mobile offers if your traffic has gone to a desktop offer that doesn't want mobile.

        4. Country redirects. VERY important for my business. You can add as many redirects as you want inside PF so, if someone arrives on an offer but they're from the wrong country, they'll be given whatever offer you choose that IS available in their country.

        5. A forum community where you can chat to PF and other affiliates and learn not only how best to promote them but tons of general IM information, too.

        6. They are ALWAYS on time for payments and have multiple payments options to get your money when it suits.

        I could go on.

        Cheers,

        Tom

Maybe their never ending pursuit to remain on the cutting edge is cutting into the payouts lol

I'm not a fan boy of any network, but Maxbounty and Clickbooth are both very good and they pay higher almost across the board.

I will give Peerfly one thing - their platform is the nicest looking of them all.

But like i've said already, I'd rather get paid a ton more per conversion from an uglier looking network than be able to say I run traffic to the prettiest, but lower paying network.

          Just sayin

We're very competitive across the board and we're happy to try to match any payout. The example you had was an anomaly and we're working to fix that.

It wasn't an anomoly. I provided several examples to someone who goes by "Peerfly" via PM in here and haven't heard back since.

Also got a PM from Travis asking the same question about offers and verticals, but I suppose I will just copy and paste what I sent "Peerfly" in my reply to him.

Either way man, if you really want my traffic, and I have a lot more than what you seen, you have my email address.

Tom, Can you explain this one about Fiverr a little more in detail?

I got approved for an account just last week. It did take a little while though. Just be patient and apply to other networks while you wait.

Keep in mind, their payouts are much lower for whatever reason for most of the stuff they have in there.

I wanted to test some of my traffic with them because have some offers I'm already sending a bunch of traffic to, but the payouts were 40%+ lower than what I already currently get.

And even though I do big volume, they couldn't come up much from what their current payouts were, even after showing them proof of the volume.

You would think they would want all of my traffic, but maybe they can only operate on certain margins, which seem much higher than most networks I'm used to dealing with.

Definitely more geared towards the newbie who doesn't know any better.

40% less. Really. Oookay, guess I'll stick with the services I'm already using and shop around a bit to see what's being offered in my field. Thanks for the info.

I agree payouts very low in peerfly, if you look around you can find the same offers in other networks that will pay you more.

I know you spoke with Lauren and we've reached out to our client to see why our payout is so much lower than the screenshot you sent. We're just waiting to hear back. PeerFly does not take a 40% margin and we definitely want your traffic. We are just getting a much lower payout than what you showed and we're working to rectify that

I hope you cut out any private info they shouldn't be seeing, like my email address and my affiliate ID number.

Because they don't need to see that.

    Hey,
I got approved within a week. Some time its take time to approve.
But I never received the mail delivery failure as in your case..means your mail are not reaching them.

So mean while try out other CPA network and get started.and later on contact them again. Might be having technical issues at their side.

You're right about the back and forth with Luke potentially not being appropriate, but my initial comments about my experience with them certainly is.
