Help! My AdSense RPM had been too Low

This had been going on since the beginning of July 2015,
There was no change in source of traffic, (Countries - Nigeria, Kenya, UK, India & US, the organic Traffic are same) in fact my traffic is improving from 5K pageviews to 7K pageviews per Day and According to AdSense I deliver over 11K pageviews daily but the RPM is nothing to speak well about. I get a sad 0.26USD sometimes 0.46USD as my RPM for the past 2 weeks.

I run a tech blog with lots of unique useful contents. Although I use other methods like Affiliate marketing to monetise the blog, but what is the use keeping AdSense if the RPM remains like this.
What techniques do you Advice I use to increase my RPM please, any Advice will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

One method I used is not allowing low paying advertisers to place ads on my site. You can do it your adsense account.

Second, see in google analytic, which keywords are bringing you most traffic. Try to target high paying KW in your seo campaigns. You can use tools like keywordcountry to find such KW related to your niche.

There might be many reasons for that but the top most is traffic country and allowed ads type.

I know you said that you haven't changed the traffic source but the biggest determinant would be the countries you are getting traffic from.. did you make any other changes at all in that time span?

No changes yet about my traffic source, most of them are Organic so I barely have a control over where they come from, how about I try to seek more foreign traffic, you think that will improve the RPM?

The problem here is your traffic flow.

You get mostly, developing country traffic.

Even though you get a nice huge page view account, your traffic flow is sabotaging you.

There are two ways to fix this.

First, the most obvious is to simply switch your traffic flow.

In other words, create content that attracts people from developed countries.

Similarly, you might want to change your promotional tactics so you can draw traffic from Tier 1 countries.

Depending on your niche, this might not be that easy to do, which bring us to the second solution.

The second solution that I see is to explode your page view.

Since you are already getting 11,000 page views, you definitely already know how to get page views.

But you can extend this further.

Instead of dumping your traffic directly on one page, you might want to chop up those pages.

Maybe you can chop up one page into five pages.

Maybe you can turn 11k page views into 55k page views.

Also, you might want to string your pages together in such a way that there’s a strong emotional trigger.

In other words, people are eagerly clicking on page after page and this increases the number of ads they see.

This might prompt them to click on more ads.

Alternatively, you might want to also insert different niches that would call up higher-paying ads.

Again, you might want to do some research at Google Keyword Planner to see which niches pull premium dollars at places like Nigeria, Kenya, and India, which make up a large portion of your traffic.

Let me know if this helps!

Bing is a safe source of traffic for Adsense. Google tends to frown on buying traffic but what they real mean is don't pay people to click on your Adsense Ads. As long as you are just advertising your website in a legit manner your account should be safe.

I think "we can't control much perhaps? even we optimise the ads , etc "

I follow enigma thread , he is good and kind to share how he do it.

Sometime perhaps depend a bit of luck too..each day ??

Sometimes I can managed to hit one dollar mark without must page view
        many days few cents only

what I noticed I believe most WR here know to get more revenue from adsense actually is from CLICKS

this is what we must aim for.
even the ads related to your niche ..( you don't confirm your visitors will click those ads too )
