It all depends on your traffic type - if you receive a lot of organic traffic I would just slap some easy to convert CPA offers into your sidebars, in the header and also in the footer of your site as the traffic doesn't cost you anything so you kind of get a free lunch with these CPA commissions. Maybe also look at Adsense as well.

Maybe use some of the smaller type of ads within your text as well as any SEO traffic from a blog will work quite well
