Facebook ads for TeeChip/Teespring

I have yet to crack the code for creating a successful t-shirt campaign. Can someone provide some insight on:

Target CTR?
Target CPC?
PPE vs. Website Conversion ads?
How much to spend before turning ads off?
How much to price regular shirts vs American Apparel shirts?

I'll get CTRs of around 5%, CPCs around $.30. Have tried at least 10 campaigns and still no luck. Thanks!

    Target CTR? --> 10% to 20%
    Target CPC? --> 0.01 to 0.05
    PPE vs. Website Conversion ads? I use both
    How much to spend before turning ads off? after spending $10 to $30 depending on the results.
    How much to price regular shirts vs American Apparel shirts? $17 to $24

      Those are very good ctr numbers, it sounds like you are targeting very tightly
