When it comes to PPC and CPC, some swear by Facebook while the other camp stick to Google, then there's another group which have their own niche forums, social media and other groups to do their marketing on.
Different people have different results for their chosen target, some used to worked well in the past but not so after. Some work well after some testing. Some just can't make it at all.
Best and worst is subjective to your goal, you may consider conversions being the goal, the higher the better you rate it. Or you may consider impressions being the goal, loads of people and traffic being considered successful.
