Please Recommend Good Banner Network For Dating!

Hello fellow warriors,

I want to send a surge of traffic to test my sales page that's in the dating niche but I don't have the luxury of having my own list (yet).

So my question is:

1) Is banner advertising the best way to send this surge of traffic?

2) If so then which are the best networks for the dating niche?

3) If not then can someone please advise me the best methods for doing so??

I have a healthy relatively healthy adverting budget.
