Any PPV networks allow toolbar download offers?

Do any of the PPV networks allow promotion of free game offers where the user has to install a toolbar to play free games? I've been denied by Mediatraffic and DirectCPV so far.

    I'm not sure of if any will allow this as the way ppv works is the user installs that toolbar (in most cases) then see's the ads.. so if they are seeing your ppv ad, chances are they already have a toolbar installed.

    No, none of the major PPV networks will allow this. Sometimes you can slip through the cracks if your account manager misses it but eventually they will pause your campaign. There are some lower, 3rd tier networks that allow them but those networks are VERY shady and most of the time the adware which serves your ads is installed through illegal means so that opens up a whole set of possible liabilities that I don't think are worth the trouble.
