CPA in weight loss niche

Hi there!
First of all, I*m sorry for my English.) But I*m really need a help of experienced people. My boss want to start a CPA marketing campaign with such weight loss product as "garcinia cambogia". Now my task is to find different english traffic exchanges for a supplements niche. I don*t have any experience in CPA. Boss does not want to use a contextual advertising systems. So, can you give me an advise where can I buy a traffic for such offer with best conversion? Also we will use a Facebook advertising, but now the main problem in traffic exchanges!

Also I will be grateful for a list of traffic exchanges which better not to use at all for CPA. Thanks in advance for any information.

    In weight loss I've had some success with Bing PPC but I recommend that you use a landing page that captures the leads instead of direct linking

    If you promote any garcinia cambogia product, you should design a nice pre lander for more conversion.
