    To get accepted into MaxBounty you'll need to have a phone interview with your assigned Affiliate Manager. They're not gonna approve you without the phone call.

    Unfortunately the only real way is to apply and get accepted.
    The networks are very smart at detecting illegitimate things like buying accounts and maxbounty has several members who are frequently on this forum.

    I highly recommend that you don't go down this path.

    I think you really need to work on your english. You need to get hold of english first and then you can try re-applying to those networks. Posting such threads on forums will get you nowhere. Also, buying CPA accounts is against networks TOS. You will eventually get banned sooner or later as networks these days can make out fake accounts.

    If you aren't able to get approved into the network, then that's a sign that you have some work to do first. Attempting to use someone else's account is not going to help you. It goes against the terms and conditions of the network and you'll end up being banned.
