where to find website owners who are renting banners spaces or solo ads?

Hi, I want to promote a product for website owners via my squeeze page, but i'm having hard time to find the platform to advertise in.
Facebook is not approving my squeeze page and it might also be too sales for them..
So I thought I'l contact directly website owners with website owners audience.. and ask to buy ad space.
Someone like a hosting website owner or a blog for webmaster...
where I can find people who are renting ads space or solo ads for this niche?
something like a marketplace of sellers or buyers?
I'm talking about big budget.

    What about just searching Google and contacting the individual site owners?

    Chris is right, but ill ad a little more to that, go to a site called similiarweb and put urls you collect from google, and it will tell u how much traffic the site is getting, where the traffic is coming from, and also shows more websites you can use to promote

    I can offer you not to search for owners but give them an opportunity to find you. I mean special online websites where you can load your Ads. The potential publishers will choose your information if it's suitable in the terms of content and add banners on their resources. If you don't get an idea what am I talking about then you may find the necessary information at Noonint.
