View US CPA landing page from another country?

If you live outside the US, is there a way to view a landing page for a US CPA offer without buying proxies?

I've searched on Google for free proxys, but when I enter the landing page preview URL, it doesn't display. It either just shows a blank white page or just keeps refreshing the page without showing the landing page.

Advice welcome.

There is an awesome software exactly for your needs.
Using Google Chrome look for: Dot VPN.
That's what I personally use and it works like a charm!

I use a Vpn personally.. Costs $10 a month but it's very useful

Personally, I use a free google chrome extension 'Zenmate' in such case.

It works enough good for me.

  After looking at zenmate, it just looks like a Vpn made into an extension (not saying there is anything wrong with that)
