They have been onto the game for quite some time. To make money with AdSense these days, you need a site with stellar content that is updated frequently. An traffic. Lots and lots of traffic.

There are much easier ways of making money online in 2015. Don't be fooled by rehashed sales pitches that are a decade outdated.

Wont call it a scam but it is too far from what it is advertized. Ranking sites requires a lot of effort and these sites are easy to make . The potential earnings are not even closed to what is advertised.

You need way too much traffic to move the $ needle with adsense. Ad blockers don't make this any easier.

so am i getting the consensus that being an adsense publisher is simply too difficult and i should just drop the idea?

you will need ton of traffic to be able to get some more money for you. dont waste your money on these sites, you have a many choices how to start online business in these days.
for adsense as I said you will need to get pretty much amount of visitors and this will take you year,2 and more. Rather start working on some good product and get a targeted traffic for this product, in many cases you will need 30 - 50 visitors daily, to make SALE! it worth! and its easier like buil website for adsense profit.

I have actually purchase sites like these from here, my view on these is that no income is guaranteed as even though we do good research on keywords etc you never know how exactly things will pan out with a site unless you go for it.

Ones I purchased keyword research were done for me, I did a little research on them before buying the domains and was pretty happy with them.

I'd suggest once the site is completed, say for example you purchase an Adsense site with 5 articles then build on it.

Write up more articles, research the topic niche you have, find articles others have written, set up say another 10 posts on a schedule if you are using Wordpress. Say 2 articles a week, that way the site looks legit to Google.

Maybe create a Facebook page for the site, link your site to the page so when you post it adds the articles to your Facebook page. You could then do a little promotion on Facebook to get some likes, do a small short YouTube video, you don't have to talk or be in the video, can be a slide show or go to fiverr and outsource the entire process.

Try and use a decent backlink service, since its a new site just go for a tiny small backlink package, nothing crazy as you don't want to hurt your sites changes of ranking. If there is traffic in the niche you will start to see some come from the SERPs, keep ads of your site till you are fully ranked and happy, then add adsense.

I wouldn't buy sites from people like that.

If they could make sites so easily to guarantee adsense income of $600 per month they would simply do it for themselves.

They would then sell the site after 6+ months for 10x what they are charging for their gold package.

What they do is build you a site rank it for simple keywords then send you allot of fake fiverr traffic for about $20 per month. They use scripts to click your ads and 3 months down the line when you can't get a refund you get banned from adsense.

Avoid at all costs.

What they do is provide you website with very cheap niche and after completing things and adding content they use paid traffic. As your website niche will be cheap then paid traffic will also be as there will be no competition, so only traffic could bring some revenue and they'll use it.
