Please Tell Me How To Work Out CPA?

Total CPA novice here.

I have just joined an Advertising Network and have been asked the following questions:

1) What tracking system do you use? Are you able to implement postback url to provide us with data regarding conversions?

2) Are you interested in desktop traffic only or in mobile as well?

3) What is your CPA goal?

4) I suggest you to run a 10,000 clicks test, since 10,000 - is an optimal volume to test one GEO from our experience. It gives us enough time and space for optimization process and give more exact results. As for the budget, it will cost you around $1,500. We will set up a daily cap at a point of $150 to optimize your campaign on a daily basis.


So I guess the questions are:

1) What's a post back URL?
2) Do I need mobile traffic?
3) How do I work out CPA goal?

      I have a feeling you applied to the network as an Advertiser, hence they are asking questions regarding your advertising budget and how are you gonna track the conversions they brought to you.

      If you wanna earn from CPA offers, you gotta sign up as a Publisher.

      (Hope my hunch is right...from the questions they are asking ya)

    Are you looking to promote CPA offers or do you have an offer that you want the CPA network to run?

    Sounds like you signed up to be an advertiser, in which you want the CPA network to run an offer you have.

    If you want to promote CPA offers, then you want to sign up as a publisher.
