I did, most of the traffic is low quality and they have huge inventory, so at first you will loose lots of $$$$ since it is a blind network.
You need to track your traffic and then filter the placements which are not working and finally after losing too much money, you will find a profitable campaign.

If you have too much money for testing, go for it.
