Here is a list of the most popular CPA Affiliate Networks according to Alexa traffic rank as of December 2015. This list is only based on the popularity of the networks, it doesn't determine which one is the best. Anyway, here they are:

    Yea, you'll know which one is the most popular by looking at their global ranks. vCommission is the most popular because it's based in India, and a lot of affiliate marketers are Indians.

      As I have said, this list is only based on the popularity of the networks, it doesn't determine which one is the best and gives the fastest payments. But I believe that all of them pays on time because they won't be popular if they have delayed payments.

    Another CPA/Affiliate Marketing site is CrakRevenue. I have been making like $100 a month with like no work. So if I put more work into it it would earn more money. I am not focused on it so much at the moment due to I am working on a website which takes top priority

    Alexa rank cannot justify everything many scammers also rank high. And the most important thing webmasters blog rank high as compared to other niche blog. Most of the traffic to these networks come from webmasters blog that have Alexa toolbar installed which makes them rank high.

    However, you can find the best network for you by following some simple steps:

    Check how quickly a network pays,
    Check your requirements from a network then try to find reviews about the network that you like the most,
    Check the comment section of review and it will tell you everything.

    Alexa don't effect business, But you will never know which one pays and which don't.
    Sites like Affpaying are crap, Admin is doing only paid & false promotions.
    You can go to his site and see many false networks, which was never in paying list, but get place in top 10.
    And many of them are expired but still holds the space at first page.
    So trust on forums like WF, where guys share their real experience.

    Well almost all of the networks listed by OP are legitimate it's just that I am not into the incent market so I wont be able to tell how those networks are performing for affiliates but apart from those all of them are good enough.
