TrafficVance click fraud?
I'm having some strange data discrepancies between my CPV Lab, Aweber and Sogosurvey. Hopefully you guys can help.
Here's my funnel setup:
TrafficVance traffic > teaser pop > survey > squeeze page > thank you page > offer
I went through the funnel myself and made sure everything was tracking properly and it is.
Now the problem. Let's say for example my CPV Lab shows that TrafficVance sent 1000 imp to the teaser pop, 500 people click through to the survey, 200 opt into the squeeze page.
However my Aweber only shows that 5 people have subscribed (single opt), Sogosurvey shows that only 7 people have taken the survey.
I went through the funnel again to make sure everything was tracking properly and it is. CPV Lab records my every step.
So the now the question is, what happend to 90% of the traffic? Were they bots? Click fraud?
Someone popping over my funnel? If so then why is CPV Lab recording all the clicks?
This is driving me insane. Any ideas guys?
