A minus 100% means, it will avoid that traffic completely. If you don't want Tablet traffic also means, you can put minus 100% to tablet aswell.

    Good luck.

      No, you can't do that.

You're correct already in what you posted above - that's the best you can do to lower mobile and tablet traffic. It's Nocturnal911 that was wrong.

Thank you so much sir, the campaign was launched before 18 hours but there is no impressions , All keywords CPC = 0.07$
Should i increase the CPC or the campaign take 24 hours to be run ?

Seven cents may very well be too little to get any impressions. I would not start off that low. You can choose to lower bids once you see what impressions you are getting, where your ad is placing, and what your quality score is.

If this is your very first campaign, it may take 24 hours for it to start as well (and you started on a Sunday so it could take a bit longer).

I don't know what keywords you're bidding on but I personally wouldn't start that low on any new campaign. If you think from what information you have that you should be able to get impressions and first page placement at that rate and that you expect a decent quality score, then you could wait until end of business Monday.

How did things go? I suggest you increase your bid to 15 cents and see how that is working for you. What niche are you targeting?

It's wrong because it's simply not possible. Bing doesn't allow it. You can only decrease traffic a max of 20% for tablets. I assume he doesn't use Bing and was just guessing.
