how to get accepted into cash network?

Hello, i want to apply for cash network. But i'm not sure how to get accepted.. it seems like alot of people get denied. I've tried maxbounty before but was denied.. Can anybody help me or give me some advice on how to get accepted?

      they simply never responded my application, or my emails.. so i kind of figured they flat out rejected me.

    The best way to get accepted into a CPA network is to be honest while filling your application form and after having submitted it give them a call. Talk to your affiliate manager over the phone. The phone conversation is necessary for the most reputable networks anyway. The AM will ask you some basic questions to be sure you are a legit affiliate and not a scammer as lots of people want to abuse the networks sending false leads. So if you know how you will be promoting their offers and have a good traffic source, talk to them about your plans and they will accept you.
