Facebook Business Account

Hope all is well!
Searched few the last few months of threads regarding this but couldn't quite find what I was after.
My understanding is that in the relatively recent past, Facebook has introduced a new type of business account? That's sole purpose is basically marketing.
The last two personal accounts I had both got banned (sadly down to something as silly as trying to make a cash deposit on my account whilst in another country) but I've been planning to get back on to FB for advertising when the time was available.
Given that I have a little more time on my hands now after some ruthless outsourcing, I'd like to start fiddling with FB again. I was wondering if any of you chaps use a business account, and if so, are they more lenient than the standard personal accounts when it comes to promoting CPA offers and such?
TLDR: Does anyone use a business account to promote their offers and if so what are the main differences to a normal account.
