what's best software to make/build youtube video for CPA?

I would like some advice regarding tools used to set up professional youtube video targeting CPA offers

    I think for Beginners level you can use windows movie maker, youtube default video editor. Then use camtasia or other video editing sofware.

    Although I personally prefer Camtasia, you can use many formats, and also gives you the opportunity to do a good editig, introducing comments and transitions with special effects, it costs a little, but in my opinion is the best.

    It depends.

    What sort of videos do you want to make? Slideshow type videos? Videos with voiceovers showing what's on-screen? Whiteboard animation?

      For the person asking me about kind of videos i'm willing to work on, it's just a marketing video with text on and a slideshow sometimes, with audio (music)

    If you want to beat the rest of YouTube marketers, I suggest hiring an animator that uses After Effects and creates unique original videos specifically for you.
    It's much better to have full and complete control over the video. And with the style that you plan to do mentioned above, it will be a cheap and quick video to create.
    Online video software is okay, but the options are endless with an actual program such as After Effects.
