I NEED HEP, PLEASE!!!!

Hi, can someone please help me with the set up of a SUCCESFUL campaign? Show me the ropes... someone I can talk to a couple of times a week... I set up 3 campaigns, so far, I take traffic to the offers but NO conversions... Harvey "the silver fox" suggested this in a recent post and it seems a VERY good idea!!!! Someone I can call or direct message and tell what I've done so far... Thank you all in advance!!!! I hope someone out there is willing to help me...

    What have you tried so far? 3 campaigns isn't that many.. it often takes several before you find a winner.. no one creates a successful campaign every single one they launch..

    what traffic source are you using?
    how are you targeting?
    what offers have you tried?
    etc?
    the more info you give us the better we can help you..

      So, I've tried 3 different affiliate offers from Clickbank... as for traffic sources: FB, Craigslist, Spyder classifieds, etc.-free ones
      gemamedia, poptm, adf.ly, clicksor, etc-paid ones...

      I've done targeting on the sources I could, but not all of them allow you to actually target a certain group...

      Hypertracker for tracking

      On one offer I had over 7900 hops but NO conversions....

      I chose 3 products with high Gravity, I thought i'd have better luck this way..
      Build a few landing pages, etc..

      It seems I drive traffic to the product, by the nr of hops, but no conversions...
      After my campaign with poptm I had 323 unique visitors and 400 page view, but no conversions...
      This is my story, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, or do I have too high expectations...??
