CPA Win the iphone question

This is my first question on the forum.
I really thanks all the active useres for knowledge that I read before.
I am beginner in CPA and I want to try my first offer - win the iphone 6s for free (You get payment when somebody leaves name and email details). I understand that offer owner makes money on it. In my country I saw some fraudulent schemes (you win - pay money for deliver.. etc)
But I dont want become a part of fraudulent scheme. So tell me please can it be fraudulent scheme in CPA or they earn legal methods?
