How to Avoid Burnout with CPA?

I have seen some people of all ages even teenagers get stinking rich with offers then crash and burn.

So I am wondering is there a more relaxed approach to CPA marketing where you can outsource and automate or most of what you do will have you working 18 hour days?

Thanks for your input.

To me if you are working 18+ hour days for extended time 5+ years, then you are missing the purpose.. to me the idea is to put in the work at first, the first while will be a grind, but slowly as you learn you should be able to scale back and come up with systems or outsource work.

I would never start with thinking of outsourcing, but it's a long term idea..

I highly recommend automating and hiring VA's!!!

The reality though is it will all come naturally. In that after you have been doing something for a while and working and profitable, there will be tasks that you have to repeat and become tedious because of the repetition . Those tasks are the ones you will most likely want to start with.

It all becomes a natural progression of increasing your productivity/scaling and helps eliminate that burnout factor that your referring to.

I would always automate first when it is possible over hiring a VA. Why pay someone to repeat a task over and over, when you could create a program and pay one time...what is the most cost effective long term. Eventually it becomes necessary to duplicate human activity that just no cost effectively programmable or there is a creative aspect to it that makes it not feasible. Then you can hire VA's. Also keep in mind that you can often do this very cheaply, you can get many VA's for $300-$400 per month that will work full time..

Also, developing your own software can go way beyond increasing productivity/scaling. If you can figure out a solution to a problem, which with the internet and for me, so often comes down to developing something custom that doesn't exist and then you gain a competitive edge, which sometime can become very profitable. This usually only happens with experience / creativity, but if your already developing tools for any type of tasks, it will make you think differently than those that don't and give you a big edge.

Could not ask for more than you two guys who consistently make excellent contributions.

    High 5!

I just hate to read about stories of people who get to the life we are all chasing to find that their health went south in the process.

I would recommend setting up real life partnerships, once you get some successful campaigns under your belt.

What I would recommend is work to hit $30k a month for like 6 months.

Then start bring on hungry team members just trying to make online, to work with you daily, teaching them your systems, and doing a split of the profit they make.

Like any business, if you want it to run itself it is all about finding the right people to bring on your team. That is why I highly suggest against outsourcing over seas anything other than grunt work. Or simple jobs!

Now that's what I am talking about!

The what and the why. Awesome.

Personalities have to be managed just as much as campaigns sometimes I guess we have to make a judgment call on what will help us get some sleep and what may cause us to lose sleep.
