MelvinJay, if you don't have good English it will be unlikely that MaxBounty will accept you, as you pointed out (I'll take your word on this).

You shouldn't try to deceive your way into any network (or anything else), especially since they expect you to be the one they're talking to... it's part of the affiliate agreement.

Put it another way, what if you had some sort of program/business and you wanted to make sure that all applicants or potential employees personally speak to your managers...

Would you like it if these applicants sent someone else to do their interview?

I'm betting you wouldn't appreciate that kind of deceit.

The immediate solution to all of this is to find another affiliate program where you don't need to showcase your English skills to be accepted.

Is there any particular reason you want to be a MaxBounty publisher?

PeerFly has similar types of offers to MB and they don't require a phone interview to join them. Have you considered PeerFly?

I had same problem, but just do the call, tell them you're going to promote biz opp and financial offers with bing and leadimpact. Then they will instantly approve you

There are some gigs on fiverr that provides maxbounty accounts.
P.S. : find someone with good rating !

If you're really confident that you will succeed in promoting their offers, then I wouldn't blame you for it, just find someone who is fluent in English that you know well and trust and tell them what to say.

What language do you speak fluent?
If there are no reasons to work particularly with Maxbounty, maybe you should look for networks located in your country or those who speak your language. I know few networks who provide russian, german, french support. Not only english.
But if english is a problem, Google Translate always could help)
Just translate main theses you know you will 100% need to say at the interview.
Or ask just to talk in skype. Open Google translate, use cntrl+c and cntrl+v
and that's it.

They will call you if you live in the same country. I have a MB account, live halfway around the world. When I opened my account, it was not an hour and my account was approved and no call. They do not call if you live in another country, but you MUST provide a website. It can be any sort of website, just as long as you have a site.

Be honest and up front with them, you still will likely need to do the phone interview

I have found Maxbounty to be one of the easiest networks to get into. I remember getting in without a website and you could too. It's just that you need to be honest with your marketing strategy. Also, do not enter fake details as it can lead to denial of your application.

I'm gonna improve my english skill. I've got the real code (be honest) and i'm gonna make it right. Thanks for the good advice guys.
