Hello everyone! What do you expect from an Affiliate Manager?

I wanted to post a quick hello and take a moment to introduce myself, I'm Karla and I've been an affiliate manager for Moreniche network for 2 years.

I'm interested in improving my skills every day and thought it would be nice to have some constructive feedback. If you've ever had contact with affiliate managers, what do you expect from them? what makes an AM stand out from others?

    I want my AMs to help grow my business..

    This , to me includes (but might not be limited to)

    Bouncing ideas off of

    Giving me feedback on offers, etc

    Giving me heads up on new offers

    Working with me to increase quality on campaigns

    Working with me for higher payouts

    Working with me to get exclusive offers

    Helping getting around cap issues

    Being responsive

    The big one is service, how fast do they contact you back when you message them? Also one that is knowledge about affiliate marketing, you would be surprised how many AMs know little about the actually being an affiliate. The last one would be, do they compete with other offers.
