I called Google Adwords to get some help on a campaign and i told them i wanted to exclude mobile visitors from my campaign. She didn't know the answer and kept me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. She then came back and explained how and said not to worry since i wasn't going to receive any visit from mobiles after that change.

Today i woke up and and received 100 clicks, 90 plus from mobile users!

    If I were you, I would contact them, explain the situation, and then ask for a $50 advertising credit to replace the wasted money that was spent.

    I thought people that work at google were smart people.

    I found out by myself...
    Call them again and see if you can get a refund..

    Glad you got credit but also figure out how to convert mobile customers my friend. Site owners use mobile too.
