Creating a CPA network

I'm hoping a Warrior can guide me in the right direction on creating a CPA network.

I have a captive audience of advertisers and it would be easy to get publishers since this is a big money niche.

However, I do not know where to go for the programming end of it.

Any suggestions?

You need at least $15k for direct track software. Do you have that?

  There is plenty of money set aside for this project. So the answer is yes.
  
  Is the software available ready to go or is it necessary to have a programmer create it?

Haha well yea. If you need some help my buddy created one he can help you out. It's a good platform to begin with.
