No you can't make money from Adsense if that is your main purpose.

But if you are blogging in a niche that you are passionate about, and you write on a constant basis.... after a year of hard work you might make some money.

It also has to be a blog for which you can rank keywords, nothing that is super competitive... unless you really know what you are doing, and even then... hope that SEO really goes your way.

You shouldn't base a business on "hope" though.

I do make money from adsense, a few hundred dollars a month but it's just side money, and not the main reason for having a blog.

Blogging has gotten more difficult... and whoever decides to blog just to make money from adsense... they will have a pretty hard time doing so.

Adsense is a good option to monetize your blog if you are newbie to blogging. Whilst affiliate marketing is one of the best and lucrative ways to monetize your blog.

Depends on your Website or Blog. Focus on your website or blog first, it must have continuous flow of traffic, it must be well updated and 'cool'. These kind of websites pull better revenue from Google Adsense. Simply put if you have a pretty cool website without much traffic, it's highly unlikely that you can get a penny from Google Adsense.

I think affiliate marketing is better than Google Adsense. But you need to be specific and target the correct audience.

Here you go throw some notable points for placing the Ads on each page for the publishers

    - Up to three AdSense for content units
    - Up to three link units
    - Up to two search boxes

The following thing will help you to AVOID and AWARE for your success with the Adsense
Don't click on your own Google ads.
Don't ask anyone to click on your Google ads.
Choose the location for your ads carefully.
Be aware of how your site is promoted.
    Use Google Analytics.

And of-course if you can derived a good Traffic for your Blog/site then you can sure to earn more money with the AdSense!

    very hard.

but some WR got post their success managed to earn 3k or more.

    well according to them ,

they reinvest aka buy ads to promote their site ( that why perhaps fast ? )

    actually I like Adsense.

i believe most WF here is also motiize it with click bank and amazon inside

    but up to individual ,

some WF claim is better to separate ..as your visitors who happen want to find a stuffs which the google ad show that product and you also promote a similar product from click bank or amazon..

they click google ad you just earn few cents or a dollar etc

but if they click your click bank you earn more

that the " bad side " if integrate together...but i don't care well I just integrate them...

Very very very hard unless you have a way of driving huge amounts of traffic with ease. I'd recommend looking into amazon affiliates instead for micro niche sites

Companies small and large pay Google a lot of money to advertise and Google will pay us the affiliate I believe a third of that to send traffic to the advertisers business. It's a high standard, tight ship but good things follow from those who follow their policies and get get traffic.

Adsense is how I first got started online over 6 years ago pulling in around $450 per day.

I worked as a SEO consultant to websites that were monetized by Adsense. So maybe I can say something relevant.

You will need a lot of traffic to make some money with Adsense. 5,000 visitors a month if you want to earn a few thousand dollars per year. And this traffic should be free (Google especially, Facebook, guest posting on other blogs, etc.) as Adsense does not bring enough money for you to pay for your traffic.

AdSense should be seen more as a supplement to your income, rather than a major source of income. Unless your site really receives a lot of visitors!

Personally I do not use Adsense for my own sites. Because I feel (I could be wrong) that it reduces the quality of my websites.

I suggest you monetize a micro niche site with affiliate programs.

    Things to avoid?

    1) Avoid choosing a niche where opportunities for monetization are low: humor, celebrity gossip, philosphy, politics, etc.

    2) Avoid choosing a niche that you are not interested. Because you will have to work hard and you can not do this about a subject that does not interest you.

    3) Avoid a specific micro niche if you think you will not be able to rank well in Google.

    4) Do not quit your job once you have had some success.

I'll tell you the truth: very few websites make money. Consider your project more as a paid hobby than a major source of income.

    Good luck!

The OP is asking questions only to display his signature.

In 3 days - multiple threads started with "has anyone had success with"....amazon, adsense, fiverr, facebook.....etc

I find it hard to believe someone who is an expert in ranking keywords (sig) doesn't know the answer to such basic questions.

You can get by with doing this here occasionally - it's a 'forum marketing' tactic recommended in some WSOs. When you overdo it - others notice.

      yea

but problem a lot of us is when we can really see at least 10 dollars or more per day.

no doubt is all about traffics...

      also clicks is important too

Yes but you will earn 5 times less for the same traffic if you choose a low paying niche.

As I said earlier, these niches are not very good:

      humor,
      celebrities,
      politics,
      religion,
      philosophy.

But if you think you can make a site that will have 10,000 visitors per month in the above niches... go ahead bravely!

I think you'd be better off competing in a smaller market. Everyone and their mother has tried promoting adsense.

Try to create a site that will generate traffic first. THEN try and figure out how to monetize it (through adsense, CPA, or whatever else)

You will not earn enough with Adsense or CPA to justify buying quality traffic.
And traffic coming from Fiver and Sourcemarket is very low quality: mostly bots. Useless traffic.

First, I would focus on the following methods:

    1) Search engines
    2) Social Medias (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr)
    3) You Tube videos (if you have video skills)
    4) Blogs postings (comments and guest blogging)
    5) Article Directories (Ezine for instance)

Paid traffic (Facebook ads for example) is excellent but only if you promote good affiliate programs or (even better) if you sell your own product.
