How to track conversion rates for CPA offers?

When set up a Bing PPC campaign, you get lots of metrics like CPC, CTR, etc. But to track conversion rate you have to put some code into the thankyou page. And when you are promote a CPA offer from a affiliate network, you don't have access to the thankyou page code. So there's no way to track conversion rate?

    just siply use a postback url or a image pixel and ask your AM to place it on the offer for you...

    A lot of analytics tools will work with affiliate programs that can pass in tracking info via your offer URLs. That info shows up in your commission reports, which lets you link the commissions back to the clicks that generated them. Even Prosper202 did this, and that's free if you want to set it up and self-host on a VPS somewhere.

    There is - ask your affiliate manager to place your conversion pixel on the merchant's thank you page. That should do the trick quite nicely

    Do the ones suggested actually work? Facebook conversion tracking pixel for examples uses JS. Which means it has to be trigged client-side and not server-side. Also, they are very expensive for a newbie.

    The networks who have their in-house tracking platform can easily track and calculate conversion rates. you can go through admitad, an international affiliate network, they have their in-house tracking platform with many uniques tools for advertisers and publishers.
