How to get accepted on maxbounty or peerfly

Hi guys, please help me i'm still a newbie and you know these networks are hard to be approved in,my problem is that i don't have a website or landing page or even a budget to start can you provide me with some guidelines on how to be accepted and with what should i fill in the forms in these networks in my case ?

    You really need a website before submitting an application into these two companies. It really isn't as hard as you may think. MaxBounty does require phone verification as well. But, the nice thing about that is you can get help from them too. I really think you should look into setting up some kind of website or landing page first. That way you at least have something to show them. Without that, why would they approve you? It sounds like you have no way of promoting them in the first place.

    The only other thing I could see is if you have a big Facebook page, Twitter account, or Instagram account. Maybe then you can provide that in place of your website and let them know you'll be promoting campaigns that are okay with social media traffic.

      What about advertising on facebook... then when i make some money i'll invest some in creating a blog ?

    You can apply without a website, but having one makes it much easier. Why not just start a small blog around you and use that to apply?

    What you should fill in the form depends on what you intend your promotional strategy to be. How do you intend to promote CPA offers?
