How to get rid of an Adsense warning?

I got an adsense warning for some content in a couple of my posts. They haven't removed ads from the site yet, but warned they would ban site if I didn't fix the content and then click a button that approves saying I've fixed them.

Has anyone got an adsense warning and get rid of the warning before? If so please help me with some instructions.


They had given me an example post for the warning they had given. In that post there was a photo in which a mini nude area was covered by a black rectangle. Post was talking about a leaked photo of a celebrity. So I removed that photo from the post, but not the post. Is talking about nude leaked photos of celebrities against the adsense policies? I have keywords which include the words nude and naked. I don't know whether it is against adsense policies or not. I just sensed talking about leaked nude photos couldn't be against policies as long as those nude photos(nude areas are covered by black rectangles) are not posted. Someone please give your advice to me if you have gone through this before.

Do they send warnings automatically or do they check posts personally by people before sending warnings?
