AnyOne Experiencing The Weird Tactics Of Bing ?

Recently I have experienced that Bing uses may lame tactics to make you spend more, feed you fake clicks (if you have an external Tracking installed, you may have noticed). When they promise you a return of payment due to different issues. that never happens. If you do contact them again regarding these issues, they will surely resolve the issues and be like "oh sorry, this and that". But then they will put your account some kind of category that they may know as "HATED ACCOUNTS". And then when even you touch a button, it will go under Editorial Review, If you touch an ad, it will go under Editorial Review. if you touch a keyword, it will go under Editorial Review. WITHOUT any Reason at all.. I had to delete many ads, campaigns and keywords due to that and thinking of abandoning Bing as a traffic option....

    I have never had real result from bing.
    The last time I tried, it wiped my whole budget not minding my daily spending limit. It's too bad..

    I had an issue about a year ago when they turned on a new type of traffic for my campaign without telling me. When I contacted them, they refunded me and gave me credits for my account right away and I have had any issues since.

      They gave me credit too but if you check closely. That credit somehow disappears... When that happened to me. I contacted them again. Then they were like oh this and that. And then my credit was really back. At first they even sent me screenshots of credits but they were not when i calculated my daily spending.
