what are some good am proven sources to bring good quality traffic to my campaign and suggestions?

Try to sign up to cpagrip and ask for tutorial/support, they will give you something.

OR go to fiverr and buy cpa mastery for 5 usd.

OR better, DONT DO CPA. Do lead generation: that's a reason why they pay you so much for leads, it's cause they will make MORE in the long run, and more often even in the short run.

So better do lead generation. Drive traffic to your own opt in page and build a list: they can turn you down, or close the program, or change the rebates.

paid ads like PPV and PPC will do the trick.

you gotta do some things:

test and track your copy and traffic

finally,,,, you gotta understand the mind set of your prospect when they engage with your ad on the different ad platforms...

so on PPC, ppl are actively searching for the keyword you're bidding.

on the other hand, PPV is interruption marketing. That means you're in the way so you need to get there attention fast and have an amazing offer.

Go for paid ads Bing ads, FB ads, Native ads, pay per view. There are plenty of traffic. Depending on your offer and niche, you should select your traffic source wisely. Try not to spread too much at the beginning. Try to start with one traffic source, master that and then scale the same campaign to other traffic source.
