Teespring Conversions - pixel misfire?
I have been running some ads through facbeook for a teespring campaign. I built social proof then ran clicks to website and now conversions to website. The problem is that when I run the ad for "Conversions" and choose "purchase" as the conversion, the FB pixel fires a few times an hour but the teespring analytics does not reflect the sales at all.
In other words, Facebook says I made a conversion (and charges me accordingly) but Teespring says I have $0 sales.
I contacted teespring and they are supposed to be looking into it but I did not hear from them today.
Any help?
