In the beginning all the advertising I did was a single post in a subreddit which was relevant to my product. For the first 3 days the orders started coming in. I got excited and spent hours perfecting and setting up Facebook ads, I also put together a highly targeted Google Adwords campaign, I also made a highly targeted Reddit campaign. 4 days after launch my sales went to zero! My traffic has increased drastically by word of mouth, people sharing my site on FB and from Google Adwords and Reddit paid advertising. I have tried everything and I can't wrap my head around why the sales dropped 3 days ago for no reason!

To improve sales I made some tweaks to my site,I made the header more professional, made the check out process easier and faster, optimized the whole site so it loads faster. It doesn't matter what I do no one is buying! I launched about 6-7 days ago is this normal for a new online business to have a bunch of orders in the first couple days and the rest of the week have none? How long does it take to have the orders come in more regular? Even though no sales are coming in on PPC ads how long should I give them? Any suggestions?

What kind of product you have? Do you customers have an opportunity for feedback? Did you try to analyse this information if you have it? In any way you should use different kind of ads but not only one.
Also you can use promotions, discounts, etc. to hold the process alive all the time.

    Direct Sales are not easy!

Try another PPC approach! The goal is to make sales.. Attractive ads are not always the best solution.

When you use FB or GG try do get also emails instead of just trying direct sales because you can keep sending them some promotions.

Use retargeting! is very powerfull on adwords.

There is also alternatives less expensive than Adwords:
    7search
    Advertise.com

Use affiliate networks! You can create your own PPL offer. Webmasters and Media Buyers will do the work for you and you just need to pay them on CPL model. You just need to understand how much leads you needs for a sale.

    Good Luck
