Need help in PPV 50onred

Hi,
i just started promotion of CPA offers using PPV traffic (50onred).
Normally its hard to find new offer with good audience. most of the offer are same survey and most of people promoting same kind of offer with same targets so hard to make profit..

and i used few direct link offer like one page submit but they also not converting well..

can you help me what should i do to get profitable in PPV...

please share tips...

    build a list first, then send them through to you offers, or several of them.

      as i never worked with email list so do you think i should direct link for now? or do you think landing page is important to get converted?

      And how about go and promote offers once you build list, what exactly do you say in the e-mail? Also for every 100 subscriber how many conversion can you expect per offer?

    Why not ask your affiliate manager as to which offer converts best for PPV traffic?

    Direct linking if works is a sign that the campaign is good to go and then you can create an LP around that campaign but you must be surely doing something wrong.
