Trafficvance network tokens not populating in CPVlab
I am using the below mentioned final URL and available macros for a trafficvance campaign. But all my macros are empty in CPVlab reports section.

when I use the above final URL in trafficvance, CPVlab is not showing values
for bid, state, source, fullreferallink etc..
I need the exact charged bid amount to be shown in cpvlab, aswell as in for which exact URL my popup was shown.
Is this the correct way of doing it for trafficvance. When I try the above final url, every values are empty. Pls help
