Pro-newbie CPA networks for biz opp

Hi all,
I have a biz opp offer and want to put it on a CPA network.
I registered as an advertiser in Peerfly but got rejected.
So is there any good CPA network for newbie to join (both advertiser and affiliate)?

    CPA networks are wary about advertisers as they do not want their publishers to go unpaid. You will need to do pre-pay and maybe they might be interested. Else, I do not see any chance of your offer getting accepted into CPA networks.

    I would not send traffic from low teir ppc platforms.

      What does low tier PPC programs has got to do with this?

      The OP is looking for a network that will accept his Biz-off offer and he also wants to join that network as an affiliate.
