7Search alternatives for beginners?

Hello, been read through some of the post and

7search seems to be the most recommended for beginner as the cpc is low compare to adword, bing

Anyhow, is there any alternatives for that?

I tried facebook but their rules is getting more and more strict and most of my campaign fail to run due to policy

I don't have amount to spent like $50 and above but just wanna test some water for like $5-10

Any network for that?

    bidvertiser I have spent $100 and it was a total waste.

    I guess everything is good to test, but I did not feel I got value for money, the traffic seemed like junk just in my humble opinion.

    I used 7search, but it was a total waste of money, lots of clicks but no sales.
    Tried Bing Ads with the same landingpage and it converted much better.

    I think Bing has some of the best traffic at pretty low cost.
