Not allowed any new affiliate to advertise in POF

I have worked with big advertising networks and I've been waiting for a long time to advertise in POF (Plenty of Fish) to promote in the Adult niche, but it is not allowed to promote any new affiliates and the below message is shown on the home screen:

"Due to overwhelming demand we have taken the business decision to temporarily close registration for new advertisers as we optimize our site. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

Is anyone working with this network and how long will it be closed to new advertisers for? Has this happened before as well?

    It's been closed for new advertisers for a long time. I don't know if they will ever reopen it.

    This I did not know I have pulled HUGE list via POF
