A strategy for getting ad CPM of $10 on your site?

I guess if we put 5 CPM ads in between article for us traffic avg CPM should be $1 and avg CPM for propeller ad would be $3 so that brings us at $8 CPM, are these numbers reasonable?

I've been searching a long time for some kind of metode or case study that confirms that this is possible and suggests what networks to use but most of articles are just fake self promotion...

Would appreciate if you shared your insights and experiences.

I don't get your calculations, you measure cpm for one ad, you don't add up the cpm of the ads. Also, if propeller gives you $3 cpm then you'll probably get even more with admaven.
