Revenuehits alternative?

I was searching for best CPA ad network for Entertainment (Video) blog and found Revenuehits but the problem is that their ads are nothing other than "Watch", "Download" , "Special offer click here" buttons.
I thought that maybe you guys might know better CPA networks with lots of advertisers.
Actually, My blog is new so it would be hard to get approved with any good CPC, CPM ad network.
