CPA: I'm a noob..help me!

After contemplating diving into internet marketing, I finally took the leap to get my adventure started. As my name suggests, I'm a complete noob (newb) in most aspects regarding IM. I've spent the past few days trying to educating myself from various posts and Youtube. I've been able to connect the dots (somewhat) but there are a few things I'm still not understanding. Here are my questions:

1a) I have an Email List of around 200 people from a past venture (health related)...can I do various CPA offers to this list and make it seem as if they are coming from different people/companies? Example...I want to do a CPA offer for a weight loss product under one landing, but I also want to do a Skin care product on a separate landing page.

1b) If they unsubscribe from email offer from weight loss product, am I able to market other products to them from the other offers?

1c) Would I need to buy domains/emails to mask where it's coming from?

2) Do most people who run CPA offers create a landing page first with a generic name around the topic, to ensure capturing all emails?

3) Doing CPA offers through FB ads, is it: create relevant FB page > landing page > offer?
