No Ad Revenue even after playing and completing the rewarded video ads in Admob

I am not getting ad revenue even when user watch the complete video. We do have rewards after playing and watching the complete video but we are not getting ad revenue on Admob. Does anyone know why is this happening in Admob?

    When the user clicks the rewarded video ad you get revenue and not on watching full video, this I have noticed and that also based on conversion. 100 videos watched but 10 videos clicked then 10% revenue.
