Is facebook ads still effective in 2017?

I have actually seen a few video clips regarding affiliate advertising and marketing using Facebook, it appears a lot easier than building your personal web site and the speakers who have actually reviewed concerning it claimed they marketed a great deal compared to expected. What are your opinions about this? If there are various other systems to advertise just what do you suggest?

    Yes it's still effective.

Best to run them through a funnel first, instead of going straight for the sale.

Well, that depends on what your marketing and how are you going to market to your audience. First things first are finding what the need is in your specific niche. If you don't have a niche then reverse engineer the process, meaning the search for trigger keywords that are solution driven. So, for example, you could look for "how to" in your niche and then go from there. Instead of targeting dog owners, which is a gigantic niche, narrow it down to say "how to groom bulldogs?" for example and find an offer/solution to the problem and sell it, it's that simple. It's all about the keywords and giving a solution to a problem by adding something of value to a specific thing. That is what I've found to be the best way of targeting and marketing. After that, it really doesn't matter what you offer or how you market. Really try to offer an individual specific solution to a specific want or problem and your results will shock you. There are a lot of systems out there, but at the end of the day you have to know your niche and even before that, know the trigger words to go after for that niche. Hope this helps. If you need a little more in-depth help, then let me know and I'll be glad to help.

As an agency owner with several customers in multiple countries and different niches, I can assure you Facebook is awesome. There's no other network capable from doing what Facebook does.

The secret is to be RELEVANT if you want to succeed. Be relevant with your audience, your message, your ads, your offer, everything. The more relevant you are, the better the results

    Just my 2cents

    Regards!

  • This will really depend on the niche you will be promoting. Some niches are not allowed in Facebook. But yes, when done right, FaceBook is a good place to start your online business.

Facebook ads may not be effective as it was but it still works well if you know your niche and focus on the right audiences (do they have something to do with your ads? Does what you offer is what they're looking for?...)

If you still don't find it helpful then I think you can try working with some ad networks like: google adsense, Adcash, Media.net, Realkai ad network... I've been using ad network and it kinda helps.

Facebook ads are doing great, our publishers are running some of our offers there and they are going extremely well. Of course, you need to have experience, study the niche, and target the right audience to achieve success.

As Facebook is using by millions of peoples around the world. Here, you can get your relevant customers and you can advertise your products at free of cost.
Apart from social media advertising, there are some ways for advertising like you can advertise your products and services through some advertising sites like page 20, that I use personally for posting ads of my products.
And along with advertising you should have to focus on your relevant visitors, top quality content, backlinks, keywords etc these are some major factors that help you in increasing your website traffic.
