Hosting is cheap. Domains are cheap. Plenty of free tutorials are available on YouTube...if you can use MS Word, you can use Wordpress.

There are thousands of alternative ways you can set up a web site - here is just one path:

1- Go to Host Gator, register for a monthly "Baby" account - roughly $5.
2- Register a domain name and point the name servers at your hosting account (Godaddy has domains for $1)
3- Through the Cpanel at your hosting account, set up a one-click install of WordPress
4- Browse online and find a free WordPress theme (there are free "premium" themes you can use). It's easy to change themes later, so don't stress over choosing "the perfect theme" on your first installation.
5- Be sure to get your contact information up on your web site. Spend some time learning WordPress. Set up your basic site structure (pages) and add some original content (posts) that you can write yourself.

I think Website is much important for any CPA account I am also a CPA affiliate Marketer. You should be required a website then you should start your earning. CPA gives a lot money but when you should be able to work on it.
