Want to start retargeting ads - any recommendations?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone in hereis running retargeting campaigns on networks other than facebook or google?

I am looking at display or native, looking for an ad network that will support retargeting.

I am in the MMO/ BIZOPP niche, and some of my stuff is not acceptable for google adwords or facebook.

That's why I am looking for some recommendations where to get started.
I'd like to start on a low budget to get familiar with the concept and find out what the pitfalls and problems are before going into this full steam.

The first pages that popped up were AdRoll and Perfect Audience.
Now PA doesn't accept affiliate marketers, if I got that right in their TOS. So they are out.

    Taboola and Outbrain should be a good start. Outbrain has been in this business way before Facebook and Google entered the fray.

    Didn't know they provide retargeting.

    Any personal experience with them re. retargeting?

      I seriously haven't tested both the native ad platform but I do know they have re-targeting options for advertisers that's why I referred them to you. I haven't seen anyone post any such case studies about success stories using those two platforms.
