How to detect virus for Malicious or unwanted Software?

I tried to publish an ad via Google Adwords, but it was disapproved saying Malicious or unwanted software. Then I contacted Google Adword to review my website and they emailed me some of my websites' links saying those are the affected ones. And I reviewed it, but couldn't find any error. I have scanned my website through VirusTotal, pentest-tools, sucuri sitecheck, recan, scanner pcrisk and they didn't detect any error or Malware.
How and where to detect the malware of my website? How can I get rid of Malicious or unwanted Software?

You should contact Google Adwords again, asking specifically where is the affected page link.

    Perhaps your domain get blacklisted?

They have provided me the specific links and I scanned with transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search and other various online antivirus but they didn't show any errors. And also, I checked if the domain is blacklisted, But it isn't.
