MaxBounty, Clickbooth, PeerFly etc as the advertiser?

Does anyone have experience with doing CPA on the advertiser side? What is expected to supply the CPA with a deposit, if so how much on average? Have you experienced a lot of conversions? What kind of experience did you have with these companies?

I have a product I think would do well with CPA but I just want to hear an unbiased opinion on the matter.

      There is always a chance they might approve your campaign but you might have to do a pre-pay to get the leads for your offer. They will ask you to pay money so they can be sure that you are not running away with their affiliates money.
